Drake Beil

Drake Beil has a doctorate in learning theory and is adjunct faculty in the University of Hawaii Shidler College of Business teaching "Leadership" in the Executive MBA Program. He has designed & launched Service Excellence Upgrade Programs in over 90 properties in 15 countries.

Harry Bosschaart

Harry Bosschaart is a senior consultant with DB&A, a former Marriott International Area Vice President for the Middle East and Africa, and former VP and GM of the Cairo Marriott. He has clients in Amsterdam, Aruba, Curacao, Grand Cayman, London, San Juan, St. Kitts and Santiago, Chile.

Leigh Watanabe

Leigh Watanabe is a senior consultant with DB&A specializing in Program Operations, Management Development and Graphic Design. She is a former record-breaking Program Coordinator based in Hawaii, and has a degree in Hotel Management from UNLV. She has clients in China (Beijing and Tianjin), Hawaii (Honolulu, Kauai, Maui & The Big Island) and India (Goa & Mumbai).

Joshua Beil

Joshua Beil is a senior consultant with DB&A. Joshua specializes in training, incentive design, and web-based management systems for upgrading programs. He holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology as well as a continuing education certificate in e-business, both from the University of California system. He has launched programs in Honolulu and San Francisco.

Susan Luke

Susan Luke, CSP is a senior consultant with DB&A. She is a corporate mythologist, leadership consultant, and communication specialist. Her client list spans more than two dozen countries on 5 continents. She has worked with over 40 properties to enhance their upgrade programs.
